In this painting, Thom is showing how strong God can be.   Many people find themselves on the dark side of the bridge.  As they go further onto the bridge, towards God it gets lighter.  The water symbolizes our lives, going through various obstacles in life.  Dogwood is once again represented in this painting. This painting is the third of the series.  The National Association of Limited Edition Dealers (NALED) named this work as Second Runner-up for the Graphic/Lithograph of the Year award in 1997.
